Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 stalks chopped celery
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup (no water added)
1/2 c. milk
3 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Cook broccoli and celery; drain well.
Set aside.
Cook onion slowly in butter until tender.
Add soup, milk and cheese.
Cook over medium heat, stirring well until cheese melts.
Stir in rice, broccoli and celery.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish which has been buttered.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
