Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. water
    1 or 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. Morton Quick Tender salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Divide mixture into 4 equal parts. Make a roll out of each part.
    (Roll will be approximately 2 inches in diameter and about 3 inches long.)
    Wrap each roll individually in foil, being sure the dull side is out. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Punch holes on bottom of each roll and place on a broiler pan.
    Put 1/2-inch of water in bottom of pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
    Let cool enough to handle, re-wrap and refrigerate.
    (Can also be frozen.)
