Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 jar mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add onions.
    Cook until soft (10 minutes).
    Add rice.
    Put rice mixture into casserole dish.
    Add consomme and mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not cover.
