Maple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up, skin removed
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. chicken broth, homemade or canned bouillon
1 c. rice
Preparation

In a large saucepan put chicken and all other ingredients except the rice.
Cover.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add rice.
Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done. Yields 4 servings.
