Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs 5 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Fold in dry ingredients that have been sifted together.
    Line a jelly roll pan with wax paper.
    Spray Pam on wax paper.
    Fill pan with mixture and spread evenly.
    Top with chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Turn out onto clean tea towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Peel off wax paper.
    Roll up towel immediately and cool.
    Unroll and spread with filling.
