Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 2/3 c. crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 box (16 oz.) powdered sugar
18-20 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Press into bottom of 9x13. Melt chocolate in double boiler and quickly spread on top of peanut butter mixture. Cool in fridge 30 minutes.
Remove and cut into squares.
Return to fridge to allow chocolate to harden completely.
Servings 50 or more.
