Make Ahead Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large potatoes, cooked with 1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. (or more) butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    milk, if necessary
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. After cooking potatoes, mash them well. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. Whip or beat with electric mixer. (If too thick, add a little milk so they are fluffy.) Grease with margarine a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Add potatoes. Dot with bits of butter. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. At this point, it can be baked for 25 minutes or if doing ahead, cover, refrigerate and bake the following day. Serves 10 to 12.
