White And Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern peas, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
red pepper rings
Preparation

Saute onion in oil until crisp-tender over medium heat.
Remove from heat and cool until warm.
Stir vinegar, red pepper, parsley, garlic, NutraSweet Spoonful, salt and pepper into onion.
Pour onion mixture over combined beans in bowl; mix well.
Garnish with pepper rings.
