Boiled Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    3 tsp. soda
    3/4 stick oleo or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. canned evaporated milk
    1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Add soda to cottage cheese; mix and let stand 20 minutes. Melt oleo and stir in flour.
    Add cheese and milk.
    Cook on low heat until cheese is melted and slightly thickened.
    Add caraway seed.
    Let cool and refrigerate.
