Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 lemons
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    4 to 5 cloves garlic
    fresh parsley
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    black pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can chicken broth
Preparation
    In saucepan, but oil, cleaned and peeled shrimp and chopped garlic.
    Saute until shrimp is cooked.
    In the same pan, add butter.
    Squeeze 2 lemons.
    Add parsley and black pepper to taste. When all is blended together, add chicken broth; let simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add bread crumbs; stir.
    Cook another 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or thin spaghetti.
