Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk or 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring butter and water to a rolling boil.
Beat the remaining ingredients in mixer, then add boiled mixture.
Beat well.
Pour in a cooking pan with side.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can use a sheet cake pan.
