Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    4 potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
    4 stalks celery, cut same as carrots
    1/2 green pepper slices if you want
    onions, snow peas (optional)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cover pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
