Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick butter or oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Brown 1/2 cup white sugar in heavy skillet.
Combine the other sugar, flour, egg yolk, milk, butter and vanilla in double boiler and heat.
Pour caramelized sugar into mixture, stirring until smooth and thick.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Make meringue with 3 egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar and brown.
