Carolina Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, cored and grated
    1 minced green pepper
    1 minced Bermuda or Spanish onion
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, pepper and onion.
    Then in a saucepan bring dressing ingredients to a boil, then pour over cabbage mix.
    Cool, cover and refrigerate.
    Gets better with age.
    Great on foot long Coney Islands.
