Mississippi Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves
    cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper (1/2 tsp. each)
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    In colander, rinse chicken; salt and pepper and let stand to drain.
    In plastic bag, combine flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
    Shake chicken in mixture until well coated.
    Refrigerate for 6 hours; put 1-inch of cooking oil in skillet.
    Cook on medium to high heat.
