Crab, Shrimp, Rice Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. low fat mayonnaise
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. toasted almonds
8 oz. fresh or frozen crabmeat or shrimp
1/4 c. prepared bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients (except bread crumbs) together.
Place in casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour.
