Tortilla-Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts OR 1 whole chicken + extra package of thighs
    12 flour tortillas
    1 onion, diced
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    Paprika
Preparation
    Cook chicken and tear into small strips when cool.
    Cut tortillas in small strips.
    Mix together the onion and the chilies.
    Mix together the soups and evaporated milk.
    Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and spread bottom with a layer of soup mixture, then a layer of chicken, onion and chilies, tortilla strips and cheese; continue ending with cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika and cover with foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12-15.
