Italian Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. cooked ground turkey or beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. wide noodles, cooked and drained
    2 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Crumble, brown and drain meat.
    Add next 8 ingredients; simmer 15 minutes over low heat.
    Place noodles in casserole.
    Pour meat sauce over noodles.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
    Arrange mushrooms on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
