Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crumb or chocolate crumb pie crust shell
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oleo, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped or Cool Whip
graham cracker or chocolate cookie crumbs (optional)
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, oleo and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Gently spoon into crust.
Garnish with crumbs, if desired. Refrigerate.
