Baked Rice A La Fox - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 soup cans water
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in one stick margarine.
    In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients.
    Add pepper and onion. Transfer everything into a large casserole dish with a cover. This will be very watery prior to cooking.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
