Zucchini Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large zucchini, cut in chunks
    2 medium onions, sliced in thin rings
    2 cloves garlic
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large can tomato puree (paste)
    1 large can (8 oz.) mushrooms
Preparation
    Add ground chuck, zucchini, garlic, peppers and onions in large Dutch oven.
    Cook slowly for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook until thick, approximately 2 hours.
    May be served on Italian bread as a covered sandwich.
