Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large head lettuce
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. fried, crumbled bacon
    4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 large bag frozen peas
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Place peas in strainer and run hot water over.
    Put in layers in order and refrigerate.
    Eat the next day.
