Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 1/2 oz. can salmon (undrained)
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion (I use onion powder)
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs or flour (keep adding and stirring until stickiness disappears)
Preparation
    Form into balls.
    Press flat.
    (Dip in extra flour, if desired.
    It makes it crunchier.)
    Fry in oil over low heat until golden brown on both sides, about 6 to 8 minutes.
