Tortilla Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped peppers
    2 tsp. cumin powder
    1 tsp. jalapeno peppers
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 can pitted ripe olives
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 corn or flour tortillas
    oil
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    3 green pepper rings
    hot taco sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef, onions and green peppers until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
    Drain off excess fat. Stir in cumin, jalapeno peppers, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Stir in chopped tomatoes with liquid, chopped olives and raisins. Sprinkle flour over mixture; stir until blended.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil one minute.
