    2 cans creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    1 onion
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
