Delicious Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie crust
2/3 c. sugar
3 level Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) Baker's coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

While browning pie crust; mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, egg yolks and milk and cook filling until thick.
Add vanilla, butter and coconut and cook filling until butter is melted.
Pour into baked pie crust.
