Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. squash
1 medium onion
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Saute squash and onion until tender; drain well.
Add soup and sour cream.
Melt margarine; stir in stuffing mix.
Spread half the stuffing mix in greased casserole dish.
Pour in squash mixture; cover with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
