Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
3 c. instant Quaker oats, uncooked
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a skillet and bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and add peanut butter and Quaker oats.
Mix well and quickly spoon onto wax paper.
When cool, store in refrigerator to keep chocolate from turning white.
