Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook and mash squash; add soup, sour cream, grated carrot, onion, salt and pepper.
    Butter casserole dish.
    Cover bottom with crumbs.
    Add squash mixture.
    Cover with additional crumbs and dot with chunks of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
