Pioneer Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
salt
1 c. milk
butter (the size of an egg)
pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Scrub potatoes and put them in kettle.
Add 1 teaspoon salt. Cover with water and simmer.
After 15 minutes, begin testing with fork.
When potatoes are soft and flaky, remove from heat, drain and peel.
