Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. chicken quarters
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 large onion, diced
    3 to 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or any kind will do
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 c. chili powder, onion, garlic salt, cumin, chicken broth (6 to 8 c.), chicken bouillon, salt and flour
Preparation
    Boil chicken legs, diced onion, bouillon, some garlic salt and salt.
    Save the broth and debone all the chicken.
    Discard fat.
