Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 c. diced shrimp
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Italian or Old Fashion French Good Seasons mild dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Boil 1 1/2 cups water with salt; add Minute rice.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients except mayonnaise.
Chill for 1 hour.
Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
