Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 small pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Top with 6 tablespoons melted butter that has been combined with 1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed, and the remaining 1/2 package of slivered almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
