Quick Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can boneless chicken
3/4 c. diced chicken
1 c. celery, sliced
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

In large bowl combine chicken, celery and onion.
Mix well. Add soup, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix mayonnaise with water and add to chicken.
Turn mixture into 9-inch square pan.
Top with chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
