Chicken Rotel Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles
1 small can mushrooms
1 small can sliced, ripe olives
3/4 stick margarine
1 (6 oz.) pkg. vermicelli or thin spaghetti
1/4 c. green stuffed olives, sliced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Stew chicken breasts.
(Save 1 quart of broth.)
Cut or tear chicken into bite size pieces.
Cook onion and pepper in margarine over low heat.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth (do not drain spaghetti).
Melt diced Velveeta in onion and pepper, then add mixture to spaghetti.
Add remaining ingredients.
