Creamed Beef On Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger meat
flour
salt
pepper
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Braise meat; sprinkle with flour.
Stir until mixed well. Have milk coming to a simmer in saucepan; do not boil.
When milk comes to simmer, remove, then pour slowly over meat and flour. Stir.
Add water to get correct thickness.
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Serve on toast.
