Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Blend in the egg.
Sift flour and add to mix.
Spoon drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Take a fork and press dough out.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
