Orange Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c. sour cream
Assorted fresh fruit
Preparation

In a bowl, whisk milk, orange juice concentrate and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Whisk in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: 2-3/4 cups.
