White Whipped Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped until almost butter
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Set aside.
Beat in a large bowl the egg whites and salt until stiff.
Fold in the whipping cream, water and vanilla. Fold into dry ingredients. Makes two 8-inch layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
