Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. chopped bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, oil, pineapple and bananas until moist.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla and walnuts.
Spoon batter into 3 (9-inch) pans which have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
