Spinach Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peppers, tops cut off and seeded
    3 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 onion
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. non-instant powdered milk
    3 qt. fresh spinach
    nutmeg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop and saute onions.
    Add flour and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add blended mix of milk.
    Stir in spinach to desired consistency.
    Steam peppers with tops cut off 5 to 7 minutes. Fill peppers with mixture.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
