Ruth'S Western Barbecued Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/3 c. chile sauce
    1/4 c. diced dill pickle (optional)
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (1 lb. size) cans pork and beans
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Saute in cooking oil in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Add onion and brown a few minutes longer until onion is golden.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into bean pot or 9-inch square baking dish.
    If desired, garnish top with onion rings and drizzle with a little catsup.
    Bake in a slow 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
