Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine
    2 deep-dish unbaked pie shells or 3 regular pie shells
Preparation
    Scald milk with margarine in pot (do not boil) or double boiler. Beat eggs, sugar and flavoring with electric mixer. Pour milk/margarine over this mixture and beat. Pour in pie shells. Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0; turn down and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
