Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 20 tomatoes
    1 large bell pepper
    2 large onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. vinegar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    10 to 17 jalapeno peppers (mild is 10; hot is 17)
    1 small can tomato paste
Preparation
    In food processor, chop up all ingredients. Put in large pot. Boil 5 minutes. Turn heat down and simmer 30 to 45 minutes. Put in clean warm jars and seal with lids.
