Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potato
chopped onion
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. water from potatoes
Preparation

Boil potato and onion.
Melt butter.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk; cook until thick.
Drain potatoes. Save water and mix with milk mixture.
Cook for 15 to 30 minutes.
