Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (raisins may be substituted)
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, nuts, baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in oil, zucchini and lemon peel.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until moistened.
Spread into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
