Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. mixed pickling spice
1/2 tsp. salt
12 hard-cooked eggs
1 small onion, sliced
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix vinegar, 4 cups water, garlic, bay leaf, spices and salt.
Add eggs on onion rings.
Cover.
Refrigerate for several days.
