Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. lard
    1 egg, beaten plus ice water to make 11 Tbsp. liquid
    1 tsp. vinegar (add to liquid)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in lard with a pastry blender.
    Add liquid, one or two tablespoons at a time.
    Makes 2 double crust pies.
