Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef steak
    2 tsp. tenderizer
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few grains of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Tenderize meat.
    Cut into thin strips; trim fat.
    Brown lightly in butter.
    Remove meat from pan.
    Add onions and mushrooms; cook until tender.
    Add meat, tomato juice, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 50 minutes, until fork-tender.
