Meringue Kisses(A Melt In Your Mouth Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites (must be room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry.
    Add sugar gradually while blending with mixer.
    Blend in vanilla, then fold in chocolate chips.
    Drop onto cookie sheet lined with brown paper. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool before removing from paper.
    Can be colored with food coloring for special occasions. Makes 3 dozen.
